Welford-Woods Descendants Membership - WWD Visual Gallery > WWDC > Membership Form

We welcome you to start or renew your membership to the Welford-Woods Descendants. Membership is open to any descendant of the Welford-Woods family or spouse of a Welford-Woods descendant age eighteen (18) or older. The family membership will also cover all children under the age of eighteen per immediate family household. The membership calendar year is from January to December.

If you attended the 2009 Family Reunion and did not complete an Evaluation Form we would greatly appreciate your doing so. Please download the PDF, fill it out and mail to the address on the form or you can complete and submit the online form on the Forms > 2009 Reunion Evaluation page.
